Finally, my 2 hours journey driving alone for 3 months from Sg.Siput to Pen paid off!.. Feel so relief!! i have completed the training and now waiting to sit for the competency exam in August.

It was a hectic Monday morning.. as usual before start with my routine i will make my self a cuppa teh tarik.. sipping teh tarik while checking my email ..fuhhhh thats good enough for me to boost my day and get ready to whatever comes for me to handle. M ready.

That morning Mike shared with me some of his as usual amazing quotes .. he know that i adore Jim Rohn very much..in fact I remember by heart some of JR famous quotes. That's how i transform my self to who i am today.

Let me repeat that. “The major key to your better future is YOU.” Put that someplace you can see it everyday, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, at the office, anywhere where you can see it everyday. The major key to your better future is YOU. Try to remember that every day you live and think about it. The major key is YOU.

Now, there are many things that will help your better future. If you belong to a strong, dynamic and progressive company, that would help. If the company has good products, good services that you are proud of, that would certainly help. If there were good sales aids, that would help, good training would certainly help.

If there is strong leadership that will certainly help. All of these things will help, and of course, if it doesn’t storm, that will help. If your car doesn’t break down, that will help. If the kids don’t get sick, that will help. If the neighbors stay half way civil, that will help. If your relatives don’t bug you, that will help.

If it isn’t too cold, if it isn’t too hot, all those things will help your better future. And if prices don’t go much higher and if taxes don’t get much heavier, that will help. And if the economy stays stable, those things will all help. We could go on and on with the list; but remember this, the list of things that I’ve just covered and many more - all put together - play a minor role in your better future.

The major key to your better future is you. Lock your mind onto that. This is a super important point to remember. The major key is you. Mr. Shoaff always answered when asked, “How do you develop an above average income?” by saying “Simple, become an above average person. Work on you.” Mr. Shoaff would say, “Develop an above average handshake.”

He would say, “A lot of people want to be successful, and they don’t even work on their handshake. As easy as that would be to start, they let it slide. They don’t understand.” Mr. Shoaff would say, “Develop an above average smile.

Develop an above average excitement. Develop an above average dedication. Develop an above average interest in other people.” He would say, “To have more, become more.” Remember; work harder on yourself than you do on your job. For a long time in my life, I didn’t have this figured out.

Strangely enough, with two different people in the same company one may earn an extra $100 a month, and the other may earn a $1,000. What could possibly be the difference? If the products were the same, if the training was the same, if they both had the same literature, the same tools.

If they both had the same teacher, the same compensation plan, if they both attended the same meetings, why would one person earn the $100 per month and the other person earn the $1000? Remember here is the difference...the difference is personal, inside, not outside, inside.

You see the real difference is inside you. In fact, the difference IS you. Someone once said, “The magic is not in the products. The magic is not in the literature. The magic is not in the film. There isn’t a magic meeting, but the magic that makes things better is inside you, and personal growth makes this magic work for you.

3 hari dah berlalu... since the day i send my registration form to obtain approval from the highest management .. dan ya aku baru decide untuk ambil Safety and Health Officer Competency Training. It's a big step for me. I really hope i can finished the program before kena transfer to KL.. hopefully everything goes well. I am very fortunate sebab bosku ZZ support habih and so did my family.

Teringat pulak kata-kata dari my mentor late Jim Rohn ''Imagine if we can become valuable aset in the market place.. u wont believe the change in income, you wont believe the change in promotion, u wont believe the change in fortune, u can have all u want... because u can work on yourself as much as u want.. and here is the secrect ;work harder on your self than you do on your job ; if you work harder on your job u make a living ..if u work harder on yourself u can made..a FORTUNE!! i love that phrase...

Better than great
It was a windy day... from the door of my house I sees the trees dancing following the rhythm of the winds. At the same time the rubber seed (biji getah) fall s on my courtyard... and popping here and there. The scenery, the air , the sounds, the people. I loves the life i spent here, feel so close to nature and my beloved family. If possible i want to be here till i die. I am a kampong girl.. and i am proud of it :))

Allhamdulillah..
after 5 days feels like out of source now i'm back on track.. only minor headache and body ache.. but thats ok as long as i can still come to work.. maybe i am crazy but i love my job.. very much:). At home the kids are so helpful whenever i need them and m so grateful for what i have in my life now. They are my true inspirations..
Today i managed to do tool box talk with one of the CM and subcons... Usually the topic of course safety rules and regulations..but today i mainly focused on Construction Theft,.. do you know estimated about 90% of all equipment theft take place between 6pm Friday and 6 am Monday. Holiday and week nights are next. Annual losses at roughly $1 billion... just imagined..

Tahun baru.. and out of sudden we decide to moved nearer to my mum house..its exciting and tiring occasion at the same time.. excite for the kids.. because the hall is wide enough for them to rumble compare to what we had right now.

Our house facing exactly to rows of rubber trees and the air is really cool and refreshing, reminds of my early day staying at my grandma house.
I really hope this changes will give tonnes of positive impact to my life, exploring backyards with the kids and being much closer to mum and dad to serve them whenever they need it.

Few weeks ago, i was so jammed packed with Management Review meetings, MOM, slide presentation and also induction program for new comers. Although it seemed impossible for me to finished it on time, i managed to do it all and i believe the power of MIND has instruct my unconscious mind to generate energy to expedite my movement. But the most important things ,i leave everything in God's hands.. i believe the supreme power of all will guide me through every obstacles that i face.. regardless how tough the scenario can be. Besides determination , dont ever forget to perform your solat.. thats the core of everything we do.

hemmmm.. i bet my life will be totally awesome next year.. not only because i wouldnt know what will happen to my life but also because i will explore everything and anything possibilities. No limitation..
Next year, i am going to pursue my dream as a trainer, part time at the moment. Safety Trainer to be exact :)). I am also looking forward to conduct my own program ..and for the beginning my target group is children at rural area and i'll includes my Ryan to be part of my team.. or maybe i can say my successor :)hihihi..what a dream! The syllabus will comprise basic safety for children and also of course the main objective is how to take charge of their life...from student and child perspective. No Charges! just to have fun and sharpening my presentation skills..
Then, Diploma in OSH.. with NIOSH Penang.

Sometimes i do hiccups.. i am just being normal maaa.. life is cruel and wonderful at the same time..but i can CHOOSE how to handle it.. :)
Next year..
Ashwin will be in kindergarten.. Ryan in Standard 5
and the ultimate goal is to spent as much time as possible with them and pursuing my dream as a qualified Safety Trainer.

My best friend and collegue, Mike threw me an advise after i told him that i am having a severe headache for the past few week regards to my personal issues. One morning he came to my table and handing over a piece of paper... and mumbling that this sub-contractor refused to comply with site rules and regulations and want me to take immediate action.. as i open the paper which has been folded .. it was a photostat copy of a chapter 50 from the book title Get richer..Quicker!.. still confused..i just read paragraph by paragraph... the feelings is like i see the light at the end of the tunnel!.. i dont know why i cant just eliminate all unnesasary thing in my life.
"Things that is no longer useful, become a burden. They take up space. Physical space. Too often mental space. Usually, emotional space,too, if they worry you..."

I am caught up with this.. in this phase of my life..

Today i successfully facilitate safety induction class of 12 pax ... it was my first appearance as a safety trainer.. i was excited and nervous at the same time... introducing a bit about myself, project and management legal and other requirements , do and dont's and as the time passing by.. only then i realized that since i start the class i didn't move at all ..not even an inch! :)hihihih.. m too busy having fun talking in front and receiving attention. Anyhow, i had a great time.. there is lots of question threw to me after that course.. mainly about the legal requirement at site.. but deep inside my heart , i am screaming out loud :)) ...one giant step today.. way to go Myn... :) and i pat my self on my shoulder hihihi..

Baru sudah aku siap Mock Up Drill paperwork untuk package ni .. datang plak lagi satu.. tapi yang best part tuh aku suka plak …tak de plak aku rasa nak buat donno je.. entah kenapa bila cerita je bab safety aku macam budak kecik jumpa jajan… seronok je.. pelik tapi benar.. aku dah jatuh cinta pada Safety.
Yang buat aku suka sebab tujuan kerja aku nie untuk menyelamatkan nyawa dan persekitaran.. buat baik kan dibalas baik. Masa dulu aku ada gak attend interview untuk kadet polis…. Ayah bagi full support.. sebab ada gak anak dia yang nak ikut jejak langkah dia jadi Polis dan pulak pakai uniform mmg aku suka.. .. tapi baru physical checkup aku dah kena reject.. sebab aku rabun jauh.. bukan skit.. lebih dari 250… pastuh aku masuk MAS.. pakai uniform gak.. tapi seksa le skit tomboy cam aku pakai kebaya aduiii… 3 hari lepas dapat uniform aku still tak pakai sampai la senior tegur.. nak tak nak terpaksa la aku pakai gak.. ..Itu time aku dolu-dolu laaa.. apapun aku lebih sukakan kerja aku sekarang.. Gaji tak ler tinggi mana tapi aku rasa selesa walaupon tiap hari ader je datelines kena siap.. tuh blom lagi bab new procedure and instruction yang nak kena conveyed pada sub cons.. Traning pon termasuk jugak dalam scope kerja aku..dan sekarang dah jadi competent trainer nie aku incharge plak untuk buat program induction dan safety procedure introduction pada all staff, workers and subcontractor .. banyak ye weiiii..kalau piker logic idak le teman boleh buat.. dan lepas balik dari SIRIM untuk Training Internal Auditor minggu depan udah jadi auditor plak teman….. hehehehe tamak je bunyi nye semua teman nak masuk ye….... tapi teman memang suka. .. lagi banyak yang aku dapat especially for my own personal growth of course I’ll take it, grab it.. for me only sky is the limit…

...Minggu depan aku, kp and bosku akan attend 4 hari training di Niosh, Penang... Train The Trainer-Basic. Aku excited gak.. bukan ape.. memang dah lama aku idamkan untuk jadi facilitator macam mentor aku tuh but ... aku pendamkan je..memandangkan company dah bagi greenlite.. ape lagi.. adrenalin rush laaa. excited gila:)
aku tahu aku kena work much harder then anyone else kat situ nanti.. memandangkan aku naik based on my 10 yrs priceless experience je..
regardless what they think about me, i will perform the best i can.. like i said previously all in the state of mind!..
Tapi yang kesian ye anak2 aku la.. dahla dekat nak raya...mama ye sibuk ngan keje..:(

Rutin aku setiap pagi sebelum mandi.. aku akan senyum depan cermin.. bukan sebab aku gila...tapi aku imagine aku melihat orang lain senyum kat aku ... agar hari nie aku lalui dengan senyuman.....walau macamana teruk sekalipun aku tau aku akan survive!!

..walaupon tiada yang memotivasikan diri kita kita perlu ada inisiatif untuk memotivasikan diri sendiri... aku percaya all in the state of mind......mind is power!

My best friend and english tutor Mike always emphasized on Power of Mind. Anything you want to achieve or to make happen, begin in your mind. From there, your desire must betranslated in to action. Action means really doing it, doing it and re-doing it. Dont let people, friends stop you from achieving what you really want to achieve.

Decide what you will no longer stand for and what you're committed to. Clarity is power.
Take massive action. You have to be willing to do the things you don't want to do. You have to build a momentum that consistent action produces.
Notice what's working and what's not working. When it is not working, change your approach. Keep changing until you finally achieve what you are committed to.
