Blessing in disguised...
Or in Malay, ada hikmah tersembunyi.
One of my friends suddenly make up his mind to take charge of his life.. after several years live in state of denial.. at least thats how i interprete his life at that time.. its his calls to make that huge decision and accept the destiny. As a human being, only strong faith will ensure no derailment occured on track of life, leave it in God hands.. Insyaallah.. with GI (good intention) everything will slowly back to its place.
To My friend R; Live NEW life to the fullest and stop BANGAUING!!

When You Have Crossed The River.. Abandon Your Boat!
My best friend and collegue, Mike threw me an advise after i told him that i am having a severe headache for the past few week regards to my personal issues. One morning he came to my table and handing over a piece of paper... and mumbling that this sub-contractor refused to comply with site rules and regulations and want me to take immediate action.. as i open the paper which has been folded .. it was a photostat copy of a chapter 50 from the book title Get richer..Quicker!.. still confused..i just read paragraph by paragraph... the feelings is like i see the light at the end of the tunnel!.. i dont know why i cant just eliminate all unnesasary thing in my life.
"Things that is no longer useful, become a burden. They take up space. Physical space. Too often mental space. Usually, emotional space, too, if they worry you..."
I am caught up with this.. in this phase of my life..
"But having enabled you to cross the river, your boat is of no further use to you. No matter what your boat cost; no matter how valuable your boat was in crossing the river- your boat no longer is of use to you, but its a burden.... So when you have crossed the river, abandon your boat."
Now what i have to do ..is just to let them go and simplify my life.. Thanks Mike!!

Against All Odds (Take A Look At Me Now) Lyrics
How can I just let you walk away, just let you leave without a trace
When I stand here taking every breath with you, ooh
You're the only one who really knew me at all
How can you just walk away from me,
when all I can do is watch you leave
Cos we've shared the laughter and the pain and even shared the tears
You're the only one who really knew me at all
So take a look at me now, cos there's just an empty space
And there's nothing left here to remind me,
just the memory of your face
Just take a look at me now, well there's just an empty space
And you coming back to me is against the odds and that's what I've got to face.
I wish I could just make you turn around,
turn around and see me cry
There's so much I need to say to you,
so many reasons why
You're the only one who really knew me at all
So take a look at me now, well there's just an empty space
And there's nothing left here to remind me, just the memory of your face
Just take a look at me now, cos there's just an empty space
But to wait for you, is all I can do and that's what I've got to face
Just take a look at me now, cos I'll still be standing here
And you coming back to me is against all odds
It's a chance I've got to take.
Just take a look at me now.
P/S- In spite of all the pain, people are funny sometimes,
'Cause they just can't wait to get hurt again'

LOOK FOR GOOD THINGS!
One of my colleague send me this.. and i thought its good to share with all of you out there... Happy Reading!!
LOOK FOR GOOD THINGS!
Take a look at the HAPPIEST people you know
and you will notice something.
They haven't had the EASIEST lives!
Happy people have usually suffered and struggled MORE than most.
But in the process, they have learned to look for GOOD THINGS in life.
And have you noticed this ...
When we look for good things in situations - or people - we FIND them.
When we look for bad things, we FIND them.
So it's not changing your situation that makes you happier.
It's changing your THINKING!
If you go looking for faults in your job or your mother or your wife, you will find plenty.
Some people spend their life looking for faults - and then they tell you, "I'm just being REALISTIC!"
It is not realistic.
It is NEGATIVE!
Happy people continually ask themselves, "What is good about this situation?"
EXAMPLE:
You are stuck in traffic. You ask yourself, "What's GOOD about it?"
* You have time to listen to your favorite music.
* You can plan your day.
* It's better than walking!
EXAMPLE:
You are short of money. You ask, "What's GOOD about having no cash?"
* You learn to appreciate things that money can't buy.
* You become more determined to succeed.
* You find out who your friends are!
You might say, "That's nuts! It's kidding myself."
Not so!

Prepare for the future...
Brian Tracy is one of the world's leading authorities onpersonal and business success. Read his important insight onhow to prepare for the future:
'To position yourself for tomorrow, here is one of the mostimportant rules you will ever learn: 'The future belongs to thecompetent.' The future belongs to those men and women who arevery good at what they do. Pat Riley, in his book The WinnerWithin, wrote that, 'If you are not committed to getting betterat what you are doing, you are bound to get worse.' To phrase itanother way, anything less than a commitment to excellentperformance on your part is an unconscious acceptance ofmediocrity. It used to be that you needed to be excellent torise above the competition in your industry.
Today, you must be excellent even to keep your job in yourindustry. The marketplace is a stern taskmaster. Today, excellence, quality, and value are absolutely essential elementsof any product or service, and of the work of any person. Yourearning ability is largely determined by the perception ofexcellence, quality, and value that others have of you and whatyou do. The market only pays excellent rewards for excellentperformance. It pays average rewards for average performance, and it pays below average rewards or unemployment for belowaverage performance. Customers today want the very most and thevery best for the very least amount of money, and on the bestterms. Only the individuals and companies that provideabsolutely excellent products and services at absolutelyexcellent prices will survive. It's not personal. It's just theway our economy works.
To earn more, you must learn more. You are maxed out today atyour current level of knowledge and skill. However much you areearning at this moment is the maximum you can earn withoutlearning and practicing something new and different.
And here's the rub. Your accumulated knowledge and experienceis becoming obsolete bit by bit, day by day. The knowledge inyour field is doubling every three to five years. That meansthat your knowledge must double every three to five years justfor you to stay even.
The solution to the dilemma of unavoidable change andrestructuring is continuous self-development. Your personalknowledge and your ability to apply that knowledge are your mostvaluable assets. To stay on top of your world, you mustcontinually add to your knowledge and your ability. You mustcontinually build up your mental assets if you want to enjoy acontinuous return on your investment. And only by building onyour current assets do you stop them from deteriorating.
By engaging in continuous self-improvement, you can put yourselfbehind the wheel of your own life. By dedicating yourself toenhancing your earning ability, you will automatically beengaging in the continuous process of personal development. Bylearning more, you prepare yourself to earn more. You positionyourself for tomorrow by developing the knowledge and skillsthat you need to be a valuable and productive part of oureconomy, no matter which direction it goes.'

Turned your struggle into an opportunity....
Its not what happen to you that matter, its how you respond to what happen to you that makes the diffrence, you has chose to make things better and asked for help if needed to do what needed to be done.
- Keep worry at bay, worries is interest paid before its due.
- No Fear. If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear. When you do the right things in the right way, you have nothing to lose because you have nothing to fear.
- Family is our home court advantage... which will love and honor you at every turn.
The Struggle is worth embracing.... Dont quit.

Gaji tak ler tinggi mana tapi aku rasa selesa walaupon tiap hari ader je datelines kena siap.. tuh blom lagi bab new procedure and instruction yang nak kena conveyed pada sub cons.. Traning pon termasuk jugak dalam scope kerja aku..dan sekarang dah jadi competent trainer nie aku incharge plak untuk buat program induction dan safety procedure introduction pada all staff, workers and subcontractor .. banyak ye weiiii..kalau piker logic idak le teman boleh buat.. dan lepas balik dari SIRIM untuk Training Internal Auditor minggu depan udah jadi auditor plak teman….. hehehehe tamak je bunyi nye semua teman nak masuk ye….... tapi teman memang suka. .. lagi banyak yang aku dapat especially for my own personal growth of course I’ll take it, grab it.. for me only sky is the limit…
Ok then, aku curi masa tulis nie.. sebab pasni aku kena siapkan semua kerja untuk dateline mggu depan .. dah aku masuk training sapa plak nak siapkan.. chow

Golden Rules For Career Success - Richard Moran
WORKING as a business consultant allover the world, I have discovered somebasic career-related rules that everyoneshould know—but many don’t.
Business is made up of ambiguous victories andnebulous defeats. Claim them all as victories.
Keep track of what you do; someone is sure to ask.
Be comfortable around senior managers, or learn tofake it.
Never bring your boss a problem without some solution. You are getting paid to think, not to whine.
Long hours don’t mean anything; results count, noteffort.
Write down ideas; they get lost, like good pens.
Always arrive at work 30 minutes before your boss.
Help other people network for jobs. You never knowwhen your turn will come.Don’t take days off sick—unless you are.
Assume no one can/will keep a secret.
Know when you do your best—morning, night, underpressure, relaxed; schedule and prioritize yourwork accordingly.
Treat everyone who works in the organization withrespect and dignity, whether it be the cleaner or themanaging director. Don’t ever be patronizing.
Never appear stressed in front of a client, a customeror your boss. Take a deep breath and ask yourself: Inthe course of human events, how important is this?
If you get the entrepreneurial urge, visit someonewho has his own business. It may cure you.
Acknowledging someone else’s contribution willrepay you doubly.
Career planning is an oxymoron. The most excitingopportunities tend to be unplanned.
Always choose to do what you’ll remember ten yearsfrom now.
The size of your office is not as important as the sizeof your pay cheque.
Understand what finished work looks like and deliveryour work only when it is finished.
The person who spends all of his or her time is nothard-working; he or she is boring.
Know how to write business letters—includingthank-you notes as well as proposals.
Never confuse a memo with reality. Most memosfrom the top are political fantasy.
Eliminate guilt. Don’t fiddle expenses, taxes orbenefits, and don’t cheat colleagues.
Reorganizations mean that someone will lose his orher job. Get on the committee that will make therecommendations.
Job security does not exist.
Always have an answer to the question, “What would I do if I lost my job tomorrow?”
Go to the company Christmas party.
Don’t get drunk at the company Christmas party.
Avoid working at weekends. Work longer during theweek if you have to.
The most successful people in business are interesting.
Sometimes you’ll be on a winning streak and everythingwill click; take maximum advantage. Whenthe opposite is true, hold steady and wait it out.
Never in your life say, “It’s not my job.”
Be loyal to your career, your interests and yourself.
Understand the skills and abilities that set you apart.Use them whenever you have an opportunity.
People remember the end of the project. As they sayin boxing, “Always finish stronger than you start.”W

It's Up To Me - by Don Merrell of the JR Simplot Company:
I want a workplace, that's Injury Free
And if that's going to happen, then it's up to me.
I can't take for granted, that anyone,
Has done all the things, that I should have done.
I must, take the time, with each task I do,
To look for the hazards, and think the job through.
To check the procedures and follow them all
And reject taking shortcuts, no matter how small.
When I walk through the workplace, I must stay alert
To watch for those things, that could get people hurt.
And if I see a hazard, I won't rest until,
I have made the thing safe, or know someone will.
I must question each unsafe behaviour I see,
And encourage all others, to do that for me.
I must always give safety, the best I can do.
And expect that performance of all others too.
I must always remember to let people see,
That their safe behaviour, is important to me.
Every act is important, no matter how small.
For the safety of one, is the safety of all
We can all have a workplace that's injury free
If we each one Commit, to Making It Be,
If we all do our part, and each of us see,
If It's Going to Happen, - Then It's Up To Me.

Mind Power...
Rutin aku setiap pagi sebelum mandi.. aku akan senyum depan cermin.. bukan sebab aku gila...tapi aku imagine aku melihat orang lain senyum kat aku ... agar hari nie aku lalui dengan senyuman.....walau macamana teruk sekalipun aku tau aku akan survive!!
..walaupon tiada yang memotivasikan diri kita kita perlu ada inisiatif untuk memotivasikan diri sendiri... aku percaya all in the state of mind......mind is power!
My best friend and english tutor Mike always emphasized on Power of Mind. Anything you want to achieve or to make happen, begin in your mind. From there, your desire must betranslated in to action. Action means really doing it, doing it and re-doing it. Dont let people, friends stop you from achieving what you really want to achieve.
Never give up!..
Insyaallah
Transform Yourself
Life coach Tony Robbins has noticed patterns in what makes people succeed or fail, what makes them happy or sad, and what creates a life of meaning and fulfillment versus a life of frustration and despair. To transform yourself and your life, Robbins says:
Don't live in "No Man's Land," that place where you're not really happy, but you're not unhappy enough to do anything about it. Don't passively accept what comes your way; drive your life toward what you really want.
See things as they are, not worse. Then see it better than it is, and then make it the way you see it.
Don't avoid failure. Failure is necessary for real learning to occur. Overcoming obstacles gives us psychological strength—the very thing that forms character.
Don't focus only on achievement. Extraordinary accomplishment does not guarantee joy, happiness, love and a sense of meaning. You must also focus on fulfillment.
Decide what you will no longer stand for and what you're committed to. Clarity is power.
Take massive action. You have to be willing to do the things you don't want to do. You have to build a momentum that consistent action produces.
Notice what's working and what's not working. When it is not working, change your approach. Keep changing until you finally achieve what you are committed to.

Timbaland - Apologize
I'm holding on your rope
Got me ten feet off the ground
And I'm hearing what you say
But I just can't make a sound
You tell me that you need me
Then you go and cut me down
But wait...You tell me that you're sorry
Didn't think I'd turn around and say..
That it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I'd take another chance, take a fall, take a shot for you
And I need you like a heart needs a beat
(But that's nothing new)Yeah yeah
I loved you with a fire red, now it's turning blue
And you say
Sorry like an angel, heavens not the thing for you,
But I'm afraid
It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologizes, it's too late
Woahooo woah
It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, yeah yeah
I said it's too late to apologize, a yeah
I'm holding your rope
Got me ten feet off the ground...
